LMS_FutureEd is a Lead Management & Admission System built across 18+ phases for Future Education Trust — a career and JEE counselling practice at City Centre, Sector 4, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand. It covers Meta Lead Ads webhook intake, the admissions workflow, a PDF admission form generator and R2 file storage, alongside a UI/UX redesign of the trust's website.
The challenge
An admissions counselling practice lives or dies on response time to a lead, and Meta Lead Ads deliver leads faster than a spreadsheet can absorb them. The system exists to close the gap between a form submitted on Instagram and a counsellor on the phone.
