DEPTH
We use camera-style zoom to move between an overview and its detail, instead of cutting to a new screen. It keeps context intact — you always know where the next view came from.
SELECTED
WORK
Type and spacing scale on separate curves, so a dense data view stays readable at every zoom level.
ViewDepth cues do the work a modal would: the layer you are acting on comes forward, and the rest recedes.
ViewLive values update in place rather than re-rendering the panel, so the eye never loses its position.
ViewImagery carries the zoom while the chrome holds still, which is what makes the page read as one surface moving.
ViewZooming into a chart uncovers detail that was always there, instead of swapping in a different view.
ViewSame care,
every layer down.
This page is one motion pattern out of the set we build with. See the rest on the Craft page, or tell us about what you're building.
